Howard Hughes continues his adventures where he must battle the CIA and military, which have utilized the Soviet Geospatial Travel technology for their own purposes. This may be the beginning of a war to defeat the Soviets once and for all. Knowing that he cannot stop this inevitable war, he decides to perform further time travels.
