Howard Hughes’ travels now include a daring project with the CIA - to raise a sunken Soviet submarine. What is found inside becomes more shocking than anyone would realize. His peaceful technology has been stolen and finds its way to the Soviet Union, where they are now in the process of weaponizing it.
